When buying this and seeing the reviews online I thought I would give it a go, Honestly thought it was going to be snake oil, but....................its the first supplement I have taken where I have noticed a big difference. I am 43 and after taking MNM powder for over a month I seriously feel 10 years younger. Have heaps of energy during the day and plenty to spare after a hard day at work to spend on hobbies and family time. Defiantly rate the product and have been recommending to friends and family.

was using a scoop(500mg), didnt notice alot, bumped it up to a scoop and half and began to notice had better concentration and not so tired all the time,im a shift worker so being tired all the time comes with the job, not feeling as buggered at work and recovery after work is easier than in the past, im a person that seldom dreams or seldom remembers dreams,maybe one or two a year,since taking nmn im dreaming on a regular basis and remembering them all quite clearly, weird aye

Thanks, Pat. Try upping the dose to 1,000mg daily in 250mg increments and see how you go for a few weeks. NMN's effects are very dose dependent as it works to restore NAD, which declines proportionally as we age.
Keep in mind as well that the body needs 8-12 weeks to restore NAD to optimal levels, so these tings to take time.

I have been using this now for about 3 weeks..I really do not feel any different.I am 72 yo .dont know if old age can really benefit from this as I have arthritis badly in my feet.

It’s been a couple weeks on AGEMATE MNM three things have happened, I have such mental clarity I work 2pm-12 midnight and I can focus all day , secondly my energy levels remain high right though the day I’m also a Omad guy this is a great combination, thirdly and this most definitely the one I’m happy about is I sleep way better and longer I can now just spring outa bed and straight into enjoying my day give it a try what have ya got to lose

I think the product is good, I mean I take about 50 vitamins, minerals and supplements but my performance and energy at the gym has increased. Only downside is the packaging, it's a bit annoying to use a tiny scoop and get your hand to the bottom of the bag ..you get covered in the product. Anyway will continue to use!

But that could be because I am not consistent with having it twice a day. I am 63 so should be on 500gm BD? I do take Vit B too.

I have been taking the NMN supplement for NAD for over a month now, in the morning.
I started taking one capsule per day seeing how my body would react for about 2weeks, which it was okay. I then started taking two capsules and definitely notice the difference like I was on a high, that feeling lasted for about a day or two.
Have I notice a difference?
I can say I have.
I notice I’m not over-thinking probably contributing to better sleeping & more focus
Energy levels are better. Have noted slightly more tiredness in the evening
I will continue with supplements & review again in few months time
